The Personal Data Processing implemented within the framework of the Site is operated by Sysdream, a simplified joint stock company, having its registered office at 14 Place Marie-Jeanne Bassot - 92300 LEVALLOIS-PERRET, registered in the Paris Trade and Companies Register under number 451 676 126, in its capacity as Data Controller.

Within the framework of the Website, Sysdream processes Personal Data concerning the User for the purpose of enabling it to respond to contact requests issued by the User.

4. User's commitments
When the User provides Personal Data to Sysdream, he/she undertakes to provide only accurate, truthful and up-to-date information about his/her situation, as well as his/her true identity.
In the context of the forms to be completed, when Personal Data are identified as mandatory, the User must provide them, otherwise he/she will not be able to benefit from the proposed service.
Sysdream does not process sensitive Data3 through the Website. By voluntarily providing Sysdream with such data without being requested (e.g. via the free comment fields), the User acknowledges that this information will be deleted as soon as possible by the Data Controller once the latter becomes aware of its sensitive nature within the meaning of the RGPD.
5. Recipients of Personal Data
The recipients of Personal Data in the context of the use of the Site are:
Sysdream undertakes to implement appropriate technical and organizational measures to ensure the confidentiality and security of the Personal Data processed and ensures that its employees (and service providers, where applicable) involved in the Processing of Personal Data, respect these measures.

6. Fate of Personal Data
Personal Data is kept for the duration stipulated in Article 2 'Description of the Processing of Personal Data: Personal Data Processed, Purpose(s) and Legal Basis(s)' or until the User's request for opposition made to the Data Protection Officer of the Hub One Group, of which Sysdream is a part, at the contact details stipulated in Article 9 'Exercise of the rights of the Data Subjects' below.
7. Guarantees implemented for the protection of Personal Data
Sysdream ensures the confidentiality and security of the User's Personal Data by implementing appropriate technical and organizational measures, in accordance with the applicable Regulations.
The protection measures are firewalls, physical and logical access controls to Personal Data and authorization controls to access information.
8. Transfers of Personal Data
As part of the Site and in compliance with applicable Regulations, Sysdream transfers Personal Data to organizations located outside the EEA.
For the States listed below which are not recognized as offering an adequate level of protection by the European Union, Sysdream implements appropriate and adequate safeguards within the meaning of the Applicable Regulation in order to ensure compliance of the Transfers with the latter.
